A/c in room leaked and floor was wet, staff did offer for us to change rooms.

Bed was great. The mattress and sheets were extremely comfortable.
Breakfast was good. A few more options would have been nice.
The pictures and suite descriptions were very misleading. Paid for what appeared to be a 2 queen bed suite with sofa and sitting area for 3 adults.
They reserved a king bed and the sofa suite. No one wants to sleep on a hide-a-bed!!
To accommodate they changed to a double queen room that wasn't a suite and said it would be more expensive.
Also the adaptive shower only had a hand held shower head that would not stay in the caddy for overhead spray. Horrible showering experience.
