Okay and if it were clean it would have been really good

It was convenient location and overall property is good. Appliances were good and bed was comfortable

It was not clean. Shower had black mold as well as both toilets.

Always a great stay at this place. Very convenient location too.

Love the space in these suites! Plus the price seems to always be reasonable! Win win!

great location for a long term family stay or long weekend vacation.

excellent location. facilities very complete. great set up for a family. full kitchen. two bedrooms (one en suite bath). fold out queen in the living room. lots of flexibility.

besides the locks it was wonderful very quiet very peaceful, clean area enjoyed it

rooms were exceptional. Everything was clean in place very nice.

unfortunately, in our building, which I can only speak for none of the locks to enter the building, we’re working that meant anyone could gain access to the building. I spoke with the front desk they were aware and said they were waiting on a third-party locksmith really didn’t feel comfortable with that, but what could I really do about it?

The room was very nice and comfortable and it’s too bad hardly anyone else was staying there!

The room was really nice and comfortable. It was just as shown in the pictures. I like that it had a nice kitchen and all the things needed to cook breakfast. The walk in shower was so nice…

The water in the foyer bathroom never got really hot so my mom took a couple of Luke warm baths. One really weird thing is that there was practically no one else staying there. Most of the time our cars and maybe one other car were the only ones parked near our building. It was really quiet but a little unnerving too.. I would not want to stay there by myself if there is almost no one else staying there…

Good location and better than expected.

location was excellent, staff were very helpful especially as we were concerned about arriving after 9pm. if you contact them they make arrangements.

No housekeeping but they explained why.

Over all it was good

Everything was good, clean and comfortable.

Some kind of smell. Not sure, if that was due to over-use and never left open to clear the air. Management must spend some time to open the windows and allow the smell to go out.

My stay was overall good.

I was impressed with the size of the rooms and having to bathrooms. The rooms were clean and roomy. Location is great. Close to everything. I would select this place of stay again compare to other resorts I normally stay .

I found 2 little spiders under my pillow. My room was on the 2nd floor. They probably need to spray that room. Other than that, everything was good. My sister and I felt very comfortable. I also shared this information with my husband after getting back home to NC. We plan to try this place of stay again in the near future.

Good sized rooms/bathrooms; very clean; well-stocked kitchen. Did not stay long enough to fully take advantage of the kithen amenities, but would consider another stay.

Better information on check-in about location of fitness room and map of where rooms are on the property.

SLEEPLESS NIGHT..

Clean rooms. TV in each room. Convenient to Colonial Williamsburg.

Sleepless night do to constant, loud dripping noise. We video taped the noice to show office the next morning, There was no one on the desk or number to call at night. In the morning, we showed the video of the noise to the front desk. A repairman came to the room and he heard the loud drip that was still happening. Response from the clerk was "We are sorry," and gave us a number to call but have not received any satisfaction, after 6 weeks of trying.

Spacious comfort at a reasonable price

Our "family suite" exceeded all expectations. The two rooms were huge and spotless. The big bed in the separate bedroom was luxuriously comfortable, and we enjoyed having two full bathrooms to use. The kitchen included stove, big refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker -- even a blender! Everything we could have needed was provided, including a full set of bed linens for the sofabed. The location is just five minutes from colonial Williamsburg and close to many chain restaurants. For under USD 100 for three people, it was real value for money and we wished we could have stayed longer.

The only negative for us was that we were unable to extend for a second night with the same booking.com price.

It's okay.

The location is close to major attractions and areas we visited,

The lack of responses from the staff. We couldn't sleep well because the alarm in the room next to us was on from 11:00 pm until late in the morning. We contacted the staff but the problem wasn't resolved. It seemed that they didn't solve the problem. It was very disappointing.

Just Wonderful!

We greatly enjoyed out stay at The Patriot’s Inn. It was incredibly clean and the staff was kind and courteous. The suite was beautiful and spacious. The price was slightly higher than some of the area properties, but absolutely worth every penny!!

Our only difficulty was with our check-in time. We had sent a request to check-in right at 4:00, which we had gotten a confirmation would be honored. We arrived around 3:50 to complete the check-in paperwork, however, it was 4:25 before our room was available. It was definitely worth the wait, however, it did delay our participation in events we had planned for the evening. I do believe it was simply another impact of Covid.

Staying here for a wedding

The room was spacious and clean good kitchen with stocked dishes and baking and cooking things. Quiet and comfortable bed.

Toilet didn't flush good thing there were two bathrooms. Check in was horrible they have a 9 pm cut off and refused to accommodate us in anyway for an extra 15 mins as our plane was late. Pool is very small.

Enjoyed the facility and its location.

Everything was fine and room was clean and neat. Plenty of room to stretch out.

Enjoyed everything, staff was courteous and pleasant to us. Can't tell you anything that we didn't like.
