Great value for the money, friendly staff and convenient location

The hot breakfast was one of the reasons that I chose this property and it did not disappoint. Everything on the breakfast bar was hot, fresh and tasty. Staff was exceptional. I would definitely stay here again.

A Must Go Stay at Cincinnati

Breakfast, staff, cleanliness, and all aspects of the hotel were beyond our expectations and excellent.

Breakfast was better than most but inconsistent in variety from day to day. One day sausage links were cold. French toast sticks were tough as shoe leather. No fruit most days. Yoghurt was sugared, I prefer Greek style plain. But overall it was good and certainly better than most.

The HP Blue Ash is a great place to say. The staff is nice and pleasant.

The staff is extremely professional. They printed out paperwork I needed. The breakfast was great, plenty of fresh food everyone during the breakfast period.

They didn’t have a laundry room, but they were very helpful when it came to locating one.

Good

The location was great, and i liked how large the room was.

The nightly quiet time was not necessarily enforced and it was hard to sleep some of the nights because of doors opening/closing and people speaking loudly in the halls. Also, one of the staff members was really creepy and I felt very uncomfortable with him blowing kisses and staring at our group.

Everything was great.

Too noisy, bathroom too small, bed was uncomfortable

Breakfast was good, a little crowded not enough seats,

Was very noisy, did mot get to sleep until after 2300 hrs due to noise in hallway and kids running around outside, I was on the second floor, bathroom was the smallest I’ve seen in a hotel?? Will not be staying at this hotel again

Breakfast was good

Housekeeping just walked right in my room without knocking and announcing himself we smoked outside but the smoke smell was still on our clothes when we went back to the room so the owner tried to falsely accuse us of smoking in the room

Spacious room, sectional sofa, helpful staff, got rooms together with the rest of our party, comfortable bed. good breakfast.

I loved everything about my stay. Took my wife for her birthday, the staff was so nice and helpful the hallways smelled clean and fresh the room was comfortable and spacious. Will definitely be back next time we’re in Blue Ash

The shower head you can’t adjust it to a different height so water did get on the floor w/ every use

Most definitely recommend this hotel and for the price it was more then worth it.

The workers was nice and friendly. Help u anyway they could. Breakfast was the best hotel I've ever been to. It was also a lil guy worker there stay with a smile on his face can't remember his name but he really was nice and help me out from the start of my booking. I'll definitely will b back
