Hotel Nyack, a JdV by Hyatt Hotel

Loved everything. Very beautiful and friendly.

Nothing to complain about.

Hotel Nyack is a cute boutique hotel with a cool, relaxing vibe. The lobby is comfortable for chilling out with a glass of wine and a good book in between outings. Our room was clean and well stocked. This was our second stay while visiting family who live in town. The location was great as town was about a 4-5 minute drive. I'm sure we'll be back!

The $50 per night resort fee is annoying. Seriously, just raise the nightly rate a bit and build it in so I don't feel bamboozled when I check in.

Clean room, friendly staff, nice pool! The breakfast was really good.

The lunch/dinner menu was limited.

the room was not cleaned in the morning: I had to request the service for the following day!!!! Thre is alace for parties on the gorund floor. I was in 230... the music was such that my bed was vibrating!!! My room had a connecton door the room nextdoor (232); this door not beeing sound proof... I had the priviledge to hear he activities of the occupants next door (screaming, heating things.... for 45 minutes); I called the desl but no body answered. In other words I was deprived of sleep (I was coming from Europe with jetlag!!!) The staff is nice, not very professonal, but they do what they can. There is a lack of management capable to run the place smoothly! Please employ competent people, even if you need to pay them at a decent level.... WE, your customers, pay at a decent level, don't we?
