Room was clean & easily accessible.
Breakfast left something to be desired very poorly stocked & once I inquired it took 20 minutes for the staff to reappear. No shampoo provided.

The reservation was ready for us.
The front desk person was on his cell phone when we arrived and continued his call while checking us in. The floor in the room was sticky. The food selections for breakfast were disappointing. The bed frame was squeaky and the frig rattled all night.
