Beds comfortable and location great.

Over priced for comfort and attractiveness. So blan with a living room area with no personality.

I just didn’t stay the whole time I left early

Not much except it was close to the water

The place was not real clean. Floor was dirty. One of the towels had hair on it. No lobby no gift shop

It was perfect for a last minute getaway. We haven’t made up our mind on whether about next year yet

Love the location. We rented the Penthouse before.

My only complaint is the building is a little outdated, and the bed was very uncomfortable. We would definitely consider the Luau again.

price compared to location didn't match

breakfast wasn't provided N.locatiom was far from the beach and we didn't have a golf cart for our room

offering a golf cart would have been nice. everything was super far from our condo. the beach was very crowded.

Vacation Paradise

Stayed at Luau 2 - #6632.in the Sandestin Resort area. From the moment you turn onto Sandestin Blvd you feel like you're in a tropical oasis. Beautiful condo with all the comforts of home (bedroom/ livingroom/ dining room/full kitchen/ bathroom/ dishes, etc. Breathtaking views of the beach and resort area from our wrap-around balcony as well as the large floor to ceiling windows. 3 minute walk to beach. We loved being able to sit out on the balcony and watch the waves roll in off the Gulf. Enjoyed eating lunch at The Beach House. The beach is beautiful with it's emerald green / blue water and white sand. Close proximity to entertainment and restaurants. Will certainly go back again.

The pool, hot tub, location to entertainment and short walk to the gulf was exceptional!!

The bathroom door in our unit stuck, was difficult to open and close. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling.

The room was excellent

Arrived on Monday the 23 rd around 5:00 pm was given the wrong room had to exchange rooms. it took us until around midnight to get in another room .very unorganized.the first room was like a studio room one bed and a chair in the room

Gorgeous views, great pool, felt safe, awesome property.

We had a maintenance issue with the toilet. And it took many many many calls and texts to get someone to fix it. We had one toilet and it was extremely frustrating. Paid a lot of money to have to place so many calls for such a simple task. The maintenance team was not good at all and needs to be spoken to.

The maintenance man did knock on our door and said there was someone from this room that called about a loose table..I didn’t call for any maintenance!! I feel that should had been fixed before we showed up...that’s why the property had a time when we arrived.

Conveniently located by the beach, near restaurants and shopping. Felt very safe the entire time I was here, and loved the covered parking (garage) especially during inclement weather we had at the start of vacation. Easy check in / out process. Great price for a great quality vacation

Great location

2-3 minute walk to the beach

Loud noise in the walls (water pipes I think). No stove, small fridge. Door code was changed before checkout time and we were locked out of the room when we went looking for a cart for our belongings.

Dirty Room with Mold, Hair a d Dust

The property was close to the beach and other touristic areas.

The room was in a bad shape, dirty with mold in the bathroom and dust all over in the room. Floors were not clean upon arrival. I had to use my sanitized wipes to clean everything around. There was no free wifi as described in the booking. There is no coach for another person to sleep as described in the booking; it was just a small armchair. Also, there is no flat screen TV just a old big box TV. The view from the room was nice, but the interior of the room was dirty and outdated. Overall, disappointed with all the lies they wrote on the website. You have to be more authentic on what you write. The manager was contacted as well as their employees; they said that will get back to me through an e-mail but never received an e-mail with a refund. I send them pictures with all the issues and they said they had to investigate how true these issues were. Are you kidding me? This is a very bad customer service! Very disappointing and frustrating!!!

Good stay. Lots to do. Nice beach area. Nice area to take walks.

Not real homey. A little industrial. Had to pay extra for beach chairs and umbrella

Disappointing

Room was easy to access and had a pretty view.

Room always had smell of cigarettes,The whole room smelled of cigarette smoke from the day we got there to the day we left. Had to wash my babys clothes twice to get the stench out.
