Great hotel away from the highway. Shops, mall, food, and Walmart nearby. Nice!

We like the cleanliness and friendly staff. My request for extra pillows and towels were in the room. The backyard is a great place to sit and have a cup of coffee in front of the fire pit. We enjoyed the complimentary cookies. The rooms are spacious and clean. Love the control for A/C and heat. The kitchen is nice. It's great to have a fridge and microwave. Love the free wifi.

I found it odd that the hand soap is fastened to the wall about a foot from the sink. That was inconvenient. The sinks are very high. I'm short and can hardly lean over the sink. There isn't anything anyone can do about this, but I don't like that the bathroom area is open and right next to the bed, Though there is a door to close off the toilet and shower, the light from the sink area is right in your face if you're in bed. There was only one luggage rack. It would have been nice to have 2. TV could have more channels, but it did have movie channels.

Nice find, would definitely visit again

Unusually nice pool (large, comfortable temperature), solid exercise facilities, lovely courtyard, comfortable bed. Honestly the room was almost too nice for a quick 1 night stay (very spacious + kitchenette.) Friendly and welcoming desk staff. Business center actually came in handy.

Price was a bit high for me. I don't know know Cheyenne well but the location felt a touch inconvenient. Was a bit of a winding/twisty path to get anywhere. Not terrible (10-15 min by car) but not ideal. Little pet peeve: increasingly common thing where the TV is weirdly offset from the bed in a way that you can't watch TV there. Didn't come up for me on this trip since we weren't there long but I've been annoyed by that layout in other stays.

we were glad for a safe warm place out of the storm.

we stopped at the property due to a winter storm. liked that there was dinner available on a Wednesday, and a good breakfast in the morning.

the heater fan made a loud noise about 4 times during the night, only for a few seconds but it alarmed (and woke) us the first time.

air conditioning was like being in an airport. it sounded like plane taking off every 10 minutes which was in addition. to the initial loud air conditioning noise also no one came to clean the room after first night stay. understand that sheets were not necessary to be changed but nothing was done

Very good 9 day stay. We would return.

Spent 9 days at this facility. Staff was great. The food was good, we mainly ate the breakfast. We were in a 1 bedroom suite which was great given we sleep at different times. The free washer and dryer use was really helpful.

The pool/spa was closed while we were there. Need the proper size coffee filters for the coffee maker. The ones in the room were too big.

New clean well equipped hotel. Staff were extremely welcoming and approachable. The hotel is next to the Frontier shopping mall and an 8 minute drive to downtown Cheynne. The suites are well equipped.

The breakfast was amazing, very well spread out and a wide verity of options to choose from. The locations around it are amazing you’ve got the mall basically right behind the hotel with plenty of food options around.
