I was greeted with kindness. When I asked for water and a spoon to eat my lunch, the staff were accommodating. Room in general was very nice. No bugs... yay!
Bathroom smelled like urine. Use shaving cream around bowl and it will clean and refresh. Bed was not very comfortable. Needed a couple more pillows. Should have an extra blanket in room. Whether for heat or air conditioning, the thin blanket and sheet is not enough. The comforter had a burn hole in it.

A lot was going on during our stay. There was active construction in the parking lot, which made parking a bit of a headache. Inside the hotel itself, there was also a really strange smell that seemed like a combination of food and mildew. It definitely took away from the overall experience.
The first room we were given was extremely dirty, and I was honestly shocked by the condition of the room, especially the bedding. I immediately wanted to leave, but my fiancée wanted to stay, so we spoke with the manager, and they were able to move us to another room. Unfortunately, the second room also had cleanliness issues, including a dirty bathtub in the bathroom. Overall, the cleanliness of both rooms was very disappointing and not what I expected from a hotel.
