From the entrance at the beautiful lobby everything was very attractive. Our room was quite large and offers features no longer offered in many hotels like drawers and a regular closet. The breakfast was good. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. I remember Julienne but did not get other names.
Minor things, Surprised that the towels are so thin and the toilet paper is also thin and not soft.

. Staff on check in was not very pleasant. The back door right outside our door was propped open felt unsafe. No coffee available in the lobby empty both on check-in and check out
