Overall, this place is utterly disgusting. We left and went to a better place a couple blocks away.

On the positive side (yes, there are a couple), even on the top floor, the water pressure is good, and the staff is ultra sweet and helpful.

Seriously run down place. The door to our room has to be slammed hard to get it to even latch. Not secure at all! The carpet in our room was stained in so many spots. The refrigerator leaks water everywhere during its defrost cycle. Also, they must turn off the water heater at night because the water coming out of the hot water side was indistinguishable from the cold side. Then, in the morning, you can take a slightly warm shower if you don't turn on the cold water at all. And the bed? My back hurt so bad in the morning!

Great location. Hallway was dark and smelly. Bed was too soft.

The location is excellent. However, our room was located in the basement. The hallway was very dark and smelly. There was a very huge pile of soiled towels at the end of the hallway. The hotel staff should be avoiding assigning the room in the basement. One of the beds was way too soft. The shower was hot enough though. Need to improve lighting in the hallway.

Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen, insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen!

Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit, man bekommt extra Pool-/Strandhandtücher am Empfang und morgens kann man sich ein Snackpaket abholen (zwei Aloha Getränke, Chips, zwei Müsliriegel, Kekse). Für die Küchenzeile bekommt man extra Utensilien ebenfalls am Empfang (auch Geräte wie Toaster oder Mikrowelle). Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend! Unser Stockwerk war recht leise. Die Matratzen waren sehr bequem und recht neu! Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist für Waikiki wirklich prima!

Für eine dreiköpfige Familie ist das Zimmer etwas beengt. Den Platz im Schrank kann man nicht nutzen, da es nur Kleiderstangen gibt. Ein paar Regalböden im Schrank oder eine Kommode wäre hilfreich gewesen. Ich hätte mir eine Liste der zur Verfügung stehenden Küchenutensilien im Zimmer gewünscht. Dann hätte ich gezielter fragen können. Der Teppich benötigt dringend eine Reinigung (meine weißen Socken waren schwarz nach einiger Zeit), auch der Balkon könnte mal eine Reinigung vertragen. Mir ist bewusst dass Hawaii eine tropische Destination ist. Doch heutzutage gibt es hervorragende Kakerlaken Fallen - gegen dieses Problem könnte man etwas besser vorgehen. (Bei uns waren sie nur im Küchenbereich, wobei im Vorhang auch eine Tote hing…)

Sleeping with the roaches!

The hotel smelled horrible, the room had a stagnate mold smell, there were roaches in the kitchen. The hotel was spraying for bugs with a note saying we had to be gone for at least an hour after spraying. The floors were gross and bedding was dirty. When we notified the front desk the next day, cancelled the rest of our stay and they took off $10 to accommodate for the roaches :( instead of a full refund which should have been given.

Very poor

Location was the only good thing about this place

It was filthy! Mould was growing in the shower and above the mirror in the bathroom and there was blood splatters on the curtains. Room was just gross and smelt really bad.

Other then dated rooms the customer service made up for it

Staff service was great from Manager front desk to our Housekeeper Katie who should get a raise for great customer service and very helpful tips to do around the area my wife just love her....

Rooms are very dated for the price and mold in the bathroom and I just need to be redone done nothing against the property but it's time to put some work into the units.

Bad customer service, room was dirty very uncomfortable, bathroom had black mold on wall , electrical outlets were in bad condition, curtains has stains and rips … I checked in and assigned me room 294 when I went to my room this wasn’t ready , the cleaning guy told me that room was not ready yet .. so I had to come back to reception to get another room …

Bed bugs, property is very run down and some staff are very abrupt. I wouldn’t stay there again and wouldn’t recommend it to any of my family or friends

bugs in room. no recourse to go on. hotel claims they don't have bugs but we literally saw multiple cockroaches and

good location. Has parking for $45 a day. staff was nice.

both my self and my mother woke up with over two dozen bug bites on us. We saw multiple cockroaches in the room. Our outlet in our bathroom did not work. let the front desk know about it the morning we checked out as we were only there for one night and we did request a refund that they are refusing to do. claiming there were no bed bugs which might be true but for us to wake up with that many bites and have pictures of it is unacceptable and leads me to believe they are either lying or there's another issue with mites, fleas, etc. I will not recommend this to anyone going forward. staff at front desk are nice and welcoming which is the only good thing about this place besides the location.

I arrived at 11:00 pm at the property and my room was not ready. After waiting for an hour while it was being “cleaned” i was shocked to discover that the room was still very dirty. I discovered that due to a lack of organisation the cleaning crew had already left and the janitor was the one who had done the cleaning. This stay was definitely not worth the money and I would not recommend coming to this hotel. What time is

Very convenient location and the facilities were really good.

Occasionally one of the housekeeping staff would come around 8 30am to clean the room which is really early when you are on holiday!

one whole day there was no hot water, the other days there was only hot water for a few minutes, we were never able to take a shower, the garden pool was extremely cold and unusable, the kitchen equipment was minimal
