Great location, close to market, beach, rental car place, 20 mins drive to airport, deck is great, customer service is great, breakfast is nice, parking service is great
The room we booked is on the fifth floor facing the street, super noisy in the evening and morning.

Located in the perfect location to walk around. Especially if it’s your first time in Waikiki you are right in the heat of it and a short walk or bike from the beach! Staff was very welcoming and helpful (front desk, bar, cleaning). Great plus to have complimentary bikes, gym access, and weekend activities!
The bathroom was lacking. Upon arrival there was hair by the shower head. The shower pressure was horrible. The ones by the beach felt more effective. By day 2 the body wash and conditioner were out.
