Wonderful

Everything is clean, comfortable and convenient! I love the individual bathrooms and showers, clean towels each day and the beds and pillows are super comfortable! I love having a fire and roasting marshmallows and the stars at night are amazing. I only want to glamp!

Giant Poisonous Spiders!!

Friendly workers onsite.

It was dirty lots of bugs spiders giant poisonous spiders was not as described online just very disappointed and felt very ripped off and I was charged 100 more dollars than what I was supposed to be charged and I had to spend half my trip dealing with that. It’s been a week and I’m still trying to get it straightened out. No word of advice to stay in the condo or the hotel or whatever you were planning unless you like spiders crawling across your bed and falling in your hair grasshoppers to, and all sorts of other creatures.

Perfect area and view

I absolutely loved this place. I am in love with Bear Lake and wanted to share the love with my coworker and clients. It was PERFECT. It was nice and comfy, so many fun things to do, a gorgeous view and location. The staff were so helpful and nice. They provide a smores kit, there is a game "tent" (it's huge not tent like) a restaurant, bikes to use, area for kids to play, view of the lake and the tent is amazing!!

Very nice place, definitely something else than mainstream hotels. Reception staff could do better

The wagons are great, kids will definitely love them. The beds are good and there is enough space. During the day it gets hot inside but it cools down nicely in the evening. Campfires in the middle are great!

Our fire/CO2 alarm went off at 6 am and the damned thing was nowhere to be found... After 10 minutes we found it hidden behind the bunk beds. Batteries were low that is why it went off. Would be nice if they would schedule a replacement frequently to avoid this.... Now this should not happen but we understand it can. The response from the lady at reception however was very poor. She raised her shoulders and said 'ohh, uhmm' and that was it. No apology no nothing...

perfect place for my family and we will be back!!!

Everything!!! Really felt like we were camping but with all the comforts of a hotel! I was so happy that the bathrooms and showers were individual - that was a big relief to me! wonderful play area for kids or family. Happy no TV but Wi-Fi was great! super clean too!

I didn’t love the construction going on next to us because it seemed to take away from the camping feel. I think that it’d be nice for the place to plant a lot of pine trees to block out development happening so quickly in Bear Lake.

Extremely fun and will return!

Very clean and all supplies for camping were provided. Showers/bathroom clean and up to date. Great restaurant at the camp ground. Loved the tent and bedding.

New neighborhoods encroaching on the property. It would have been nice to be on the edge of the lake.

Amazing glamping experience

Great glamping experience: the front desks provided us with s'mores and a fire was lit close to our wagon. The restaurant was nice too.

If you don't like insects, this is camping.. There are a few mosquitos and bees flying around. But it was really bearable.

A fun and excellent place to stay and relax!

This was our first time glamping and it did not disappoint! We stayed in the wagon and the beds were super comfy. The accommodations were excellent and super clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had so much fun making s’mores and stargazing. We wished we had planned to stay more than 1 night.

Exceptional

Everything was very clean! I really appreciated the extra amenities at the resort. We borrowed games for the rainy day, used the bicycles, and even borrowed a corkscrew! The texting was responsive. Restaurant was delicious. The wagonside firepits were a wonderful addition to our stay.

The first night we stayed, the propane ran out and we got a little chilly ( lows were in the 40s). They were replaced soon after we made staff aware.
