breakfast and location were good, cookies and free water also, pool looked clean, staff friendly

Pool was open and clean
I booked a king suite got a queen one instead without being told of the switch. Broken things in bathroom when we walk In room (toilet paper holder), not enough towels for everyone, an envelope saying to have a good stay(I understand leaving a “tip” but that made us feel like they were pushing it one us) check out is noon and they started knocking on our door before 10am to ask if we were leaving soon(came back twice) we finally had enough and left at 1030am
