I uo travel extensively for business. I almost always stayed at Hamptons. This one was relatively easy to find.
Desk clerk at check in was not particularly helpful. Using the URL code to pay for parking was problematic. Would have preferred to have the desk clerk add the charges to my folio instead of requiring me to add hotel WIFI to my phone, scan the code, add an APP and then input information required ( all of which the hotel already collected when taking my reservation) Would not have been an issue if the App would have worked on one of the first three tries. When I go to the room I discovered some one had used the water closet and not flushed . Made me question the overall cleanliness of the room

The staff was super friendly. I particularly liked the lady that checked us in. She's relatively new to her job but nonetheless very professional, cordial and kind.
In all honesty, my husband and I thought that the room had a strange smell. We are almost sure it came from the carpet. Everything else seemed clean enough.

Location near many restaurants and 12 minute walk to NoMa metro station. Shuttle available too.
Breakfast food was bland. AC controller on wall not linked to unit. Door to gym would not lock.
