Staycation Getaway

The facilities are modern. Everything was in good working order.

I would have enjoyed a lower price. Other than that I was pleased.

Great stay besides the shower.

The property was clean and very nice. Very great staff. I completely forgot the lady who checked me in that night but she was great and very sweet. She provided me information about the hotel and times for everything I asked about.

The ONLY thing I didn’t like about the room was the shower. The water coming out the shower head was terrible. It felt like it was barely on.

Pretty easy check in. The beds were omfortable and the room was clean. The hotel smelled very clean.

Resturant wasn't in service our first night but it was open for our next two days.

More comfortable pillows and a thicker blanket. Refrigerator was too small to fit leftover food. No one picked up the call from my room to the front desk.

It was an okay stay

The location was very close to the Nola port to stay after the cruise

There were sugar ants in our first room. The maintenance worker stated he had just sprayed. We were switched to another room on the same floor but all of the lights in the 2nd room did not work

The deposit is way to high. Cut some of my money short I had to enjoy the city with.

Superb

I liked Larry the host at the registration. He was super friendly and had an amazing personality. I had an issue with my room and Larry came up to see what was going on. He checked everything, made a call for help then got me moved to another room. Thank you Larry!!

The bed was too soft for my liking. The bistro should close at midnight.

Great hotel.

The air in the room wasn’t great. The temperature barely came down even at night with the a/c on 60 degrees.

I live close and my ac was out so it was convenient

Desk staff not that helpful. I wanted the discounted rate but in order to get it I had to book thru you. Maybe thins have changed but when I worked there we could offer best available rate.

I loved bringing my kids in a a few weeks

I love the workers they was very nice

the tv in the room wasn’t getting channels but I was offered another room just didn’t feel like moving everything

Helpful

The staff helped and were very friendly. The information they provided was courteous and informative. The bed was comfortable.

The pool would have been more pleasant if it was a bit warmer. The pool is inside and would have been a good temperature if it was an outside, in the sun, pool.

staff was not friendly, dirty room, kids playing in the hallway, kids running above your head, pool does not look clean, towels was not put up for two days and was asked
