bed was comfy. lots of desk space. nice cool rooms. the showers are amazing.
there were a ton of ants in our room!!! the hotel staff didn't care. GROSS!!!! we found ants in our belongings the whole way home. we are NOT dirty. we had NO crumbs in our room. there was a giant beetle thing too in there. we will never stay at that location again. we are so grossed out!!!! all they said was "yeah, it can get like that with the heat and rain." really? that's your excuse? Inexcusable!!!
other complaints: we called for adjoining rooms when we booked. on our way down we wanted to make sure we got adjoining rooms. we did NOT get adjoining rooms. the hotel was EMPTY!!!!! the breakfast time is odd: 7-10am. should be 6-9am like all other hotels. pool deck is very dangerous and slippery. my toddler slipped and his is head the ONE time I wasn't holding his hand. the couch bedding was fit for a twin bed, not a queen. so the fitted sheet didn't fit; that was annoying. no water bottle filling station. There was only ONE water fountain on the first floor. we were on the 4th. the hallways were not air conditioned. felt like being hit in the face with a wet towel when you walked out of your room.
All in all, there were more cons than pros. disappointing to say the least. there was one extremely nice lady working the time we were there. otherwise, the staff was more concerned about their phones.

It was clean, the room smelled good.
The pool was freezing, the hot tub was lukewarm, the bed was stiff and uncomfortable.
