Price and location
6 th floor had a musty smell that almost took your breath away when you stepped off the elevator. Room 604 had a chunk out of the carpet that was the first thing that I noticed when I opened the door. The flavor of the breakfast food was unappetizing. Specifically, the sausage and eggs did not taste good. The fifth floor ( had to go there for ice) had the smell of cannabis smoke that was unappealing. The breakfast seating area across from the front desk( tables and chairs) were poorly lit. Looked like the lights didn’t have bulbs in them or were not turned on.

Location was great for our purpose. We went to an event close by and didn’t want to drive back home late night. Room was nice and clean, and had a fridge which was important to us because we brought food back. Front desk clerk was awesome and friendly. Didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast onsite because I had to leave and go to work.
For a Hyatt brand the bathroom was small for the price.

The staff at the desk were super friendly and helpful.
The room was not really clean. Brown water came out of the taps in the shower and sink and had to run them for awhile. Coffee machine not functional, no shampoo or soap in the shower. The windows did not open at all, not a crack. The hallway and room smelled of old air freshener. The breakfast was below basic, including the coffee.
