I was stuck in Miami after missing the last Brightline Train through the fault of a Lyft driver. I walked to the Eurostars Langford and the front desk clerk Frank was helpful and courteous in getting me a room for a good rate.

The staff is excellent, thanks to Pamela , Spencer and the young men who was there for my check-in.
They helped me a lot , they were friendly and supportif.
The room service was great .
There is a little noise from time to time during the night.

The rooms were passable and staff were friendly enough
The area was absolutely full of drug addicts who hassled you the moment you get out of the car. I know homeless shelters have to be somewhere and they have all my sympathy, however as a non-local without this information turning up to this location to be swamped by begging addicts and one night having to call 911, it was really a scary place. The pictures are also very misleading.
