We were just traveling thorugh so it was ok for the night.

Everything was ok. I was expecting a little more options by what the picture showed. but it was ok and prepared well.

some of the Lobby area needed attention. There was no guest RR in the lobby it was only for staff.

Worth the money - great staff!

Staff was absolutely amazing and so friendly - I really appreciate that! Room had a good size and TV was great. The room came with a fridge and a microwave.

The breakfast was decent but could have been better (e.g.: no toaster for bagel). The room was a little outdated but this didn't impact the comfort.

The staff was nice and accommodating, but I would never stay here again. My family and myself, we’re super uncomfortable

the variety of breakfast. my children were very excited to have multiple options. the seating was nice in the lobby area

the room wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been. the curtains had brown stains on it, and the tub drain was rusted and came right out of the tub, couldn’t shower without pulling it out or the tub would fill up with water. the lamps were broken, and there was tissue in the peephole of the door. the door also wouldn’t close without extra force. we also couldn’t find a parking spot. there were no spots available and we had to park on the street, which was definitely inconvenient for a family of 6.

Disappointing

Water leak that caused moving rooms 3 times. Promised two free nights for the inconvenience. Charged full rate.

Basic but clean.

Good Location. Basic but clean. Elevator needs work. Makes jolt and loud noises. Breakfast was okay but the price is high for basic.

Elevator was a bit concerning and when we asked who has the maintenance records the staff said they had no idea.

Good selection for breakfast. Dog friendly.

No tissues in the room. No extra toilet paper. 4 bags of coffee but only one cup n there were 2 of us.

The breakfast was fine and the room was clean, but the accommodations were not what I expected.

I like to read in the evening and a chair would have been much more comfortable than sitting on the bed. Also, there was no closet or hangers. I think I selected the wrong hotel. I'll try somewhere else the next time.

A pleasant enough stay to book again if ever traveling through Big Spring.

It was a clean and comfortable stay, easy check in and check out.

The room I had for the night had a lot of extraneous furniture and almost felt like a storage space.

Great in all ways, except for the noise.

It was clean, and the bed was comfortable

It was noisy. The door didn’t seal well. Lots of hallway noise coming through it. My room was in a bad location. Near an outside exit. I heard that door close dozens of times during night.
