Parking was very challenging— limited spaces which are shared with restaurant in same building.
Overhead fan in bedroom made too much noise to be used. As a result, room not as cool as it could be.

We loved being in the town of Manasquan and the beautiful rooms. We will definitely come again.
We didn't like that there was no one there If we had a problem. . Leaving a number for a problem would be important. The only negative about Manasquan beach is the parking situation

Location, fireplace, immediate attention to running toilet. restaurant downstairs. Owner very attentive to issues.
No view from balcony with food odor. Room needs some repairs- Room was basically clean but attention to details like fingerprints on doors etc needed. Items from previous renter left in room ( a lock, toothbrushes and an empty jewelry pouch ) bath towel stained, tv volume was set at a max that was very low. It is inaudible when air conditioning was on.
