It was right by restaurants and shops. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating! The in town bus takes you everywhere, there’s no need to use your vehicle the whole time you stay here.

Vail 21 is in a great location, watching the slopes being groomed at night and the skiers during the day is just amazing.
Walking to gondola or ski lift was quick and easy even with carrying a toddler and two pairs of skis.
The walls are pretty much soundproof so we did not have any problems with neighbors and did not have to worry about our toddler being too loud.
Our parking spot was taken twice but the staff helped figure out the problem swiftly.
The condominium did not meet our expectation, the carpet was quite old and stained, the master bedroom furniture was bulky and did not provided any storage, kitchen knives need upgrading, kitchen and living room furniture needs updating.

Great Location. Right across from the gondola. Free parking. Close proximity to everything.
Living room furniture was beat up. Scratch marks all over the leather couch. Definitely needs to be replaced. No wood for the fireplace. Mattress in master bedroom needs to be replaced. Hole in the middle. Definitely not comfortable for 5 people. Needs a broom and dust pan. No cleaning supplies. Hard to maintain without the basics.
