Nice room with comfortable bed. Very good breakfast, excellent coffee.
Refrigerator in room was not cleaned out from previous guest. I would have liked a coffee machine in the room. No water glasses in room, had to go downstairs.

The staff was very friendly. It was in the perfect location to explore the beautiful town. The room was very clean and the hotel lobby was clean.
The bed was too soft & hurt out backs. Typically Holiday Inn Express has the perfect mattress & that's why we chose to stay there. I've never stayed in a HIE where the mattress was that soft. For that reason we will never stay at that particular one again.

Location was good, we were going river tubing which was right behind the hotel. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly.
Our room wasn’t the cleanest, some kind of brown smeared on wall next to toilet, hair everywhere including the bed, floor in bathroom was grimy around wall. bathroom sink was clogged and took 30 minutes to drain after washing hands.
