An exceptionally nice place!

The decor was very nice throughout the motel. The bed & pillows were comfortable in our king room. It was one of the cleanest motels that we've ever stayed in. The breakfast room was kept immaculate; their attention to sanitation was very apparent.

The water pressure in the shower was disappointing and the hand towel was pretty flimsy. The sound proofing between floors wasn't the best; we could hear the person above us walking back & forth across their room and train traffic was constant.

Wow! From Receptionist to Scrambled Eggs........A++++++++++++++++++

This hotel has undoubtedly got THE 2 BEST employees of any hotel I have ever stayed in: 1)Receptionist Alex..............Incredible, Professional, Talented and SO kind. 2)Chef Janaida who makes the best scrambled eggs I have ever tasted outside of Ireland! Wow...Janaida you are a truly brilliant and caring chef..........I cannot wait to return for some more of your magnificent scrambled eggs: Yum!!! I really hope Marriott Bonvoy Management realize the 2 treasures they have in these 2 excellent employees!

Not what we'd have expected in terms of cleanliness.

Didn't participate

Hair on the top of the outside of the sheet. You can figure what type it might have been. No way that hair could not be seen just laying there.

Staff and accommodations were great. Breakfast was disappointing. However, staff taking care of breakfast was wonderful.

Very nice room and lounge.

Breakfast was cold and skimpy options.

The past few visits - the pool was under construction and no where on the site it stated it was and for the price when there was no pool.. No really worth the value.

The shower was deadly slippery. Not sure how clean the shower floor really was. Maybe a bigger antislip mate for the shower floor.

Clean, convenient, comfortable - good stop in Gallup!

We enjoyed the breakfast - a good way to start the day. The location was fine for our purposes, a stop between Sedona and Santa Fe that allowed us to do a bit more sightseeing en route (Winslow, Petrified Forest). New hotel, convenient and very clean.

Adequate for 1 night

Property was clean an room layout was excellent. Helpful staff in finding a close place for food.

Location was hard to get in and out due to construction. Property is located in an older neighborhood with very little options for food.

clean room

too close to train railway very noisy during the night. breakfast was not very good. slimy sausage, terrible coffee. staff seemed less nice because I booked room with outside service instead of Marriott. No points on Marriott rewards because I used booking.com.

Disappointed for a Marriott facility.

Room was comfortable.

Elevator non op and we were on the 3rd floor, did offer assistance. Breakfast marginal (eggs were cold, poor selection of pastries). Value for what we paid…poor.

There's train tracks across the road from the hotel, all I heard were trains all night long. I did not sleep well at all.

Love that it is a pet friendly hotel. So hard to find good hotels that will let our fur family stay with us.

Pricing for pets is a bit high$$$$, specially when you have two small dogs. $90.00- too much. Maybe try $20 per dog.
