Very good location and facilities. Front desk staffs were very cooperative and well behaved. Breakfasts were excellent .
At the breakfast time staffs working at kitchen were asking us to show our room key card multiple times which was very annoying and some time behavior of kitchen stuffs were very rough and rude.
In our bed room there was water leakage from the AC and for that the room smell not good . We request room fragrance but they were not able to fix this issue.

Location was amazing, close to Disney and Universal and the pools were clean.
None of the outlets in the room really worked and they were all lose so you really couldn't plug anything in the charge your devices.
