My stay was pleasant!

The property was clean and everyone was nice. Although they were experiencing technical difficulties.

Not good at all.

Location

We never stayed, the outside was nice well manicured, but the inside was not so pleasant, dogs barking, it had odor and each room they took us to smell even worse than the first, trash in the halls and rooms half cleaned.

Absolutely Terrible!

Where do I start, the facility was dirty from the hallways to the room. Hotel service phone didn't work, bathroom dirty, holes in the wall, ac didn't work and to top it off our room had German cockroaches. Checked out of hotel, which refused to give us our money back or even discount it, ridiculous and horrible experience. We would NEVER use this hotel again or any other Candlewood Suites

Dirty, spend the extra money and book elsewhere

Location and staff was very friendly

The tub clogged when you ran the shower, no ha soap, body soap, shampoo or conditioner provided. Carpet was dirty. No bed skirts on the clearly old box springs. One mattress was far comfier then the other (we got a double queen room.) We went to check out at 6am and no one was at the desk. They had a bell that said “ring bell we are never too far” no one ever came. We had to get our room keys redone every single day because they wouldn’t work, came to find out it was a known issue. Second night we found a sign hanging in the elevator that read “trash is trash that ain’t no lie, if i catch you you gon die!” Needless to say we will never be staying here again.

The location was perfect to where I was visiting.

The weather but the hotel was warm and comfortable.
