The room was a good size and very comfortable. There was a fitness centre poll and hot tub which we used and that was a real treat. The staff were friendly and helpful.
I slept badly as the room was noisy at night as the fridge and something in the bathroom kept making a noise. We didn’t have the aircon on so it wasn’t that. But other than that all was good. .

Very friendly staff! Arrived in the middle of the night and they we so kind. Breakfast was wonderful as were all the staff members we encountered!

The breakfast was delicious.
The hostess clerk checking us in was the rudest I have ever encountered at a hotel. She couldn’t find our reservation via name or confirmation number and spoke to us like it was our fault. She made us get out of line to help other guests and after 10 minutes, I got back in line and our reservation was magically there. She had the same affect with every customer she helped. The room had some pink mold in the corner of the tub/shower, the bathroom door was original and torn up on the bottom, there were a couple dead mosquitoes on the windowsill.
