The apartment has a king-size double bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room and use of an external, ground floor games room with a snooker table and a woodburning stove. Outside there is off road parking for one car in the courtyard, bike storage, horse stabling available at additional cost, by prior arrangement with the owner, shared use of the tennis court by arrangement and shared use of 1000 acres of grounds, farmland and barbecue areas. Butlers Flat is a lovely, romantic base for your holiday. Amenities: Eco central heating with open fire. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs in games room. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Additional fuel available to purchase from owner on request. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car in courtyard. Bike storage. Horse stabling available at additional cost, by prior arrangement with owner. Shared use of tennis court by arrangement. Shared patio with furniture and 1000 acres of grounds, farmland and BBQ areas. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 miles. Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South. Town: Steeped in family history linking back to the Battle of the Light Brigade, Cefn Park is set in over 1000 acres of parkland and dates back to 1730. The town of Wrexham offers a number of shops, pubs and restaurants, whilst nearby are the National Trust owned Erddig and Chirk Castle. Within driving distance is the historic city of Chester, the North Wales coast and Snowdonia National Park.

Well equipped clean and tidy serviced flat.We stayed for 3 weeks in November/December and still found that we hadn't done everything we wanted to do in the time.Perfect base for visiting Chester /Liverpool and National Trust properties which were still fully open.Buses and trains to Chester and Liverpool excellent value if you buy weekly pass with the nearest bus stop 300 yards out front gates and turn left.They run every 20 minutes or so into Wrexham bus Station where connecting busses are found. Overall we were completely satisfied with the Butlers Flat and the surrounding area and would recommend couples to give it a try if you want a countryside break near Wrexham.
