It was quiet even though it was by the freeway. The fact that the whole hotel was smoke free.
The smell of mildew in the kitchen sink when you poured water down the drain.

The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was adequate and clean. The noise level was minimal.
Several staff members could have been more helpful and better trained. They work in the hospitality industry, after all. Their attitude about their work was sub par.
I bought Lysol wipes from the shop listed at $2.00, later saw that I was charged $4.00 when I got home.
The staff that checked me out was not proficient with the computer.
