The location was close to where I needed to be.
What was advertised on booking wasn’t the same as in person. The small dining spot was never open in the 3 days of my stay. Upon arrival I couldn’t check in because after standing at the front for at least 10 minutes a gentleman kept telling me someone will be out to help and then when they finally came out I was told that their internet was down and that there was nothing they could do until it came back up. I noticed on the last day that one of the beds had a huge stain on it that looked like blood and it was told to me by manager they we’re aware that it was there and it’s part of company policy that they steam and clean to the best of their ability. I told her if I would’ve known that there was a huge stain resembling blood I would’ve asked for another room or went to another hotel. For such a huge company to have such a policy is just unbelievable.
