About this apartment rental
Elegant four rooms in the historic center of Florence, just a few steps from Piazza della Signoria and Piazza del Duomo. In the district you can still know the true traditions of the ancient Florence, thanks to the many local shops, the craft shops and the many restaurants with Tuscan cuisine. All the centers of major tourist and cultural attractions are within walking distance from the house.
On the third floor of a tower-house in the Via Santa Elisabetta 2 (76 steps, no elevator) in the heart of the Roman and medieval Florence, this elegant apartment of 65 square meters it is on two levels. Downstairs we have the entrance, the living room, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and terrace, overlooking the dome of the Duomo. Upstairs, the kitchen-dining room and a second bedroom.
Completely renovated in 2015, is air-conditioned (natural gas boiler + heat pump), has satellite TV, DVD player, PC with printer, scanner and photocopier, washer, dryer, dishwasher, multifunction oven, refrigerator-freezer, mocha and coffee maker, phone, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, toaster, vacuum cleaner, board games, books and tourist-guides in several languages.
To also meet the highest safety standards is equipped with a detection system and alarm for smoke, methane, carbon monoxide, and with security lighting, fire extinguisher and a Fire Stop blanket.

This place is absolutely stunning. To say it has a view of the Duomo is an understatement. You are very close (about a block) and the view of the duomo from the balcony is amazing. It is at the top so there are several floors to climb, but it is absolutely worth it. The place has everything you need for your trip including towels, kitchen, and laundry.

This apartment was a real jewel. The location was perfect, and we felt lucky to enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the impressive Duomo. It’s close to all the main attractions, yet still very quiet.The place itself is spotless and convenient, combining all the necessary modern amenities with plenty of history and character. There are also lots of excellent food options nearby.The only downside is the lack of an elevator, especially if you’re travelling with suitcases, but it was still manageable. I would definitely book it again when I’m back in Florence.

This two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Florence was absolutely perfect! Only a 15 minute walk to the train station and minutes from some amazing restaurants and trattorias. Every amenity you would need, including a washer and dryer, and kitchen with multiple pots and pans. Everything was very clean and the linens were fresh. The owners provided instructions on everything you would need to use and also the trash/recycling schedule. Should we visit Florence again, this apartment will be the first place to stay we will check.

Amazing location. The duomo bells chime at all random time and are quite loud so if you’re a light sleeper you might want ear plugs. The unit is equipped with anything you might need. The master bed mattress is quite firm (hard) which was a bit uncomfortable. You also need to remove trash yourself so plan on that beforehand. Many good restaurants close by.
