The staff were very accommodating, and the hotel was very clean.
That the horseracing betting machines were turned off at a certain hour. 🤭 😂

Clean, updated, and well appointed room. Fridge and coffee maker worked well. Bathroom had ample vanity space and hot water and auto-on lights were nice. Soft, large towels. Outlets all worked, including USB sockets. Lobby and grounds well kept and attractive. Nice to watch the horses exercising in the morning. Pool and fitness center looked clean although we didn't utilize them. Snack store and computer stations were nice amenities
Only two very minor comments - coffee packs in room did not include decaf, and TV card and online guides were not accurate to stations provided (which were ample)

The arrival staff were kind and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable.
The biggest issue I had with my stay was regarding the shuttle service. I booked here because of the running shuttle to SPAC as I was attending a performance. I arrived late for the show and took a Uber to the venue intending to use the shuttle to return. When calling for shuttle pickup the driver told me that they did not know where the front entrance to SPAC was and that they had informed guests they transported to the venue earlier to meet by the auto museum which was approx 3mi walk. The entire exchange with the driver was incredibly frustrating and bewildering. This caused me to Uber back to the hotel. Overall I felt my experience was overpriced for a single night stay and no shuttle
