Great place to stay.

We stayed in one of the cabins, which was right on the water! Amazing view right outside the door! The cabin was not large, but it was comfortable, clean, and had a small kitchenette. The queen-size bed was very comfortable. The kayaks and paddle boards with life jackets were complimentary. Very kind hosts.

no microwave in room as requested at initiation of purchase and the microwave for the motel was down many stairs in area that the light was broken, silverware tat they said was available was plastic,person to ask questions mostly not in office, they were very nice when available

We fell in love with this place

Tony & Larissa really take good care of the property and of the guests. Being right on the water was magical!

We left halfway through, too hot in room for old people.

location pretty. comfortable bed.

no air conditioning led to leaving after only 2 of 4 nights. Only one man there for a couple of hours a day. No help. no instructions. it was my birthday and my daughters tried to reach me. no phones: just his laptop and cell. no cleaning. No swimming. fake beach with sand on concrete plank. no receipt. no explanation for extra $34.00/night. no "hosts" appeared. Horrible.

Great view

The location is excellent as close to many places around the lake all within an easy drive. Nice walking down road along lake. The bathroom was recently renovated with nice tiling and room nicely painted with chair and crown molding.

Proprietors were not omnipresent but fortunately towel closet was down the hall so we could get our own fresh towels daily as no housekeeping available. Mattress was lumpy and quality of bedding was mediocre.

A nice view for a quiet time on Lake Winnipesaukee.

First and foremost the location was excellent. The view of Lake Winnipesaukee was what my wife and I wanted the most. The location was on a quiet street which was nice for our morning walks. We liked the ability to cross the street and sit by the water and watch the boat pass by. The room was comfortable for two people. The bathroom/shower were nicely updated. The in room wifi worked well. The room representation on the website is accurate. If you are looking for a location for a view this place will serve you well. The location of the Inn worked well for visiting other areas of the lake.

The mattress, pillows, and carpet could be updated. The cable selection was not that extensive.

Great Motel with Beautiful Views!

We loved everything about Belknap Point Inn! Tony and family were so nice and friendly. Tony also gives a great boat tour of the lake. You will not find a better clean and quaint spot with beautiful views in a quiet area of Winnipesaukee Lake. We hope to return someday and say longer!

Nice, quaint, quite hotel with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains

1) The view from our balcony was amazing (we stayed in what I will call the higher/upper building) 2) The room was clean 3) Good parking adjacent to the hotel building 4) Easy access to a main road straight into Laconia. Meredith (an awesome lake town) is very close 5) Staff was VERY responsive and pleasant. Very communicative, too 6) Bed was comfortable, toilet clean, ample towels and pillows

1) The railing of our balcony had a lot of cobwebs that looked like they had been there for quite a while. The balcony and railing should be cleaned in addition to the rooms 2) To be absolutely honest, the wifi was terrible. It was very slow with frequent drops. Our carrier isn't very good in New Hampshire so when the wifi is not good either it poses some difficulties for us

Great hotel, wonderful view and value

The location was great and had an amazing view. I really enjoyed walking out on the docks and being able to see the mountains. It's a very quiet area and the restaurants in the area are great for a quick bite.

When i visited there weren't too many people on the property but parking is a tad tight when it gets busier.
