The room was beautiful and so was the lobby area. Very stylish and welcoming!
Room was clean and comfortable, nice closet area.
We were disappointed that there wasn't any breakfast on Friday morning and we weren't informed that there wouldn't be any. Couldn't find a vending or ice machine.
The bathroom was beautiful but didn't have any space to leave your toiletries.

Location and surrounding area are quiet.
AC isn’t strong enough to cover the entire room and the WiFi signal was choppy and weak 2 bars at most.

rooms were clean
air condition very noisy, breakfast had very, very limited options.
the rooms have automated locks, our lock had an error notice of low battery, but even though I asked for battery replacement, they were not replaced.

The room was very nice and seemed new.
There was not a single hook to hang anything on or hangars to hang things up on anywhere in the room, which made hanging wet winter coats, hats, etc. impossible. There is no staff at the desk although they do answer the phone from somewhere.
