Breakfast was good and our room was good. Just the a/c unit was very loud in our room.
The a/c unit in our room was extremely loud and kept reading low battery.

Large room with two separate bedrooms and kitchenette.
Probably the worst pull out bed I have seen. The couch "unfolded" to become a bed. It was incredibly hard and just looked like the underside of a couch. I had to ask the front desk if it was actually a pull out bed.

location is great only 30 min to Philadelphia. Wawa is walking distance and is open 24 hours.
Rooms smelled bad. we had 2- 2BR suites for 4 nights and both smelled like BO. WE had to open the windows to air both rooms out and it still smelled bad. luckily we didn't stay in the room for more than the time to sleep at night. 1 room had zero outlets for charging at either bedside. The other room had mold in the bathroom and I felt like I had to wear my flipflops in the shower. It looked like it hadn't been scrubbed in months. We arrived every night after midnight and left early in the morning, so there was never a good time to discuss the uncleanliness of the bathroom and get it sorted out. Pretty basic thing to expect a clean bath/shower. Super disappointed.
