Nice themed property in good location for our purposes Pleasently surprised by quality and size of room
Only thing was at check in which was from 3:00 We arrived at 3:15 and there was just a sign to say he would be back so had to wait in lobby for a while

Liked the cold room king size bed, and location super close to red rocks Amphitheatre and was able to get to Mile high stadium for Zach Bryan in around. 35 mins w traffic at its peak so not too bad.
Stairs are sketchy and posters are falling apart, and there is a concerning amount of wasps or hornets all around the outside and back side entrance. Also the eggs looked green both days and second day they didn’t look edible.

The pool was nice. The furniture is very worn and needs replaced.
Our room had trash left behind and food stuck to the window ledge. Definitely could be cleaner.
