EXCELLENT LOCATION FOR EXPLORING FAIRBANKS.
FRONT DESK WAS NOT VERY HELPFUL WITH RECOMMENDATIONS FOR RESTAURANTS, BARS, EXCURSIONS ETC.

The staff was great. They arranged two complementary Lyft rides for us and they very kindly and quickly notified us when we accidentally left behind an important item. They went above and beyond to FedEx the item back to us very quickly. We are very appreciative.

Free onsite parking and close location to restaurants and shops.
The king room was very small. Not enough space to have two large suitcases open. Our bed was also sagging on one side so it wasn’t the most comfortable. We also had a view of a parking lot, not a big deal though. We were told to call the hotel to organise a courtesy shuttle pick up from the Fairbanks train depot, however, upon arrival all 5 attempts to contact the front desk failed. It initially connects to their automated AI greeting process but when I requested to reach reception, the transfer failed each time. Fortunately there were Taxi and UBER options to get to the hotel.
