We got a suite that has a couch and 2 queen beds. Microwave, and fridge. Very spacious for us 2 adults and 2 small children. Good location for us everything between 10-25 minutes away, thrift stores, bowling alley, movie theaters, the zoo, The doseum, Witte, botanical gardens, downtown. They provided breakfast and most days consisted of eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal and toast with juice, flavored waters, coffee or tea. Beds were very comfortable and clean, outdoor pool was open and clean. Overall a very decent stay if looking to spend less money on your room to have more for attractions.
I didn’t like the dirty carpets in the halls and rooms. the first room I killed atleast 6 roaches in the first 5 minutes. But they did change our room immediately. The next room didn’t seem to have any roaches. The room was a bit stuffy as the air conditioning struggled to cool but it did eventually mainly the middle of the night thankfully. The phone didn’t work and the microwave was dirty. And the windows unable to see in or out. They should clean behind the furniture better and get rid of the carpet.

A/C unit was not in good working order. Kept going on and off every couple of minutes. Most likely low on Freon
Breakfast area was dirty. Didn’t trust the food
