About this villa rental
Nestled in Albufeira, this charming villa for $639 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Praia Da Oura is famous for the 'strip', a long avenue with a wide selection of restaurants, bars and nightclubs. This makes Praia Da Oura suitable for all types of holidays, whether you are looking for a peaceful break on a golden beach or nightclubs till dawn! This older style property is in a central location, in a residential area close to the popular Praia d'Oura and centre of Areias de Sao Joao. It is within walking distance of the "Strip", beach, restaurants and shops and is an excellent choice for families with young children or teenagers. The accommodation is divided into two areas. First floor: Living/dining room/open plan kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 shower rooms. Ground floor: Living room/Kitchenette( not for cooking, light meals only), 1 double bedroom en-suite, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom. This is not available for groups of 6 or less people. We do not take groups under 22 years old. Enclosed garden with swimming pool, barbeque, poolside shower, table-tennis and wc. The pool is 10m x 5m being on the shallow end 1m and deep end 2.5m. The maid comes 2 times a week or as per request and arranged with rep. There are 6 bedrooms with beds for 12 people and prices shown are based on these. We can also accommodate a 13/14 person on a sofa-bed in downstairs lounge at an extra cost of €150 per person pw. We can also supply extra Z-bed for €30 and cots for €25. Air-con at @210pw and Pool heating at €210pw. We expect you to leave the house in a clean condition or we can provide that service for €150. If you would like to rent a Motorcycle there is a place nearby called VESPA RENT where you can do this Transfers: We have a regular company who does our transfers and they drop you at the house, a taxi for 4 €50, minibus for up to 8 @ €65, 9-12 €105 and 13 to 16 is €115 one way only and you pay directly to the driver. You might find it cheaper but they don't drop you outside the house but at certain local points. There is a good selection of golf courses within a short drive and Water Parks and a Zoo Marine for the children.

I was concerned that the villa may be small for our large group... i couldn't have be more wrong. The villa was fabulous, spacious, comfortable. We had a lovely stay and have been raving to everyone that will listen that they should consider it for their next family break.
The only negative we experienced was that we were instructed not to use sun lotion while using the pool, which we have never encountered before (as someone who lives in Australia, I am commonly in swimming pools in the sun, for example). This meant we were sunburnt or overheating.. not ideal for this pregnant woman!!
Other than this, the facilities were amazing and we had a fantastic time.

This villa is absolutely spot on!
Location wise, the strip is a short walk away and has a range of bars, clubs and resturants. The old town is a decent walk away (€4 / €7 in an Uber X / XL) and we spent most of our nights there. Either way, there is something for everyone and we all really enjoyed the food and bars.
There is a home-like Aldi just a 10 minute walk away. This involves a decent hill and some cobbled paving; I actually ended up damaging my suitcase by overfilling it. For big shops, I would recommend walking up and Ubering back (€4). There are also little supermarkets closer on the strip for bits and bobs. We recommend the Pão da Aldeia bakery for coffee, pastry and fresh bread.
The villa itself is spacious and there is plenty of room for 12 people. The pool is up to 2.2m deep and has enough room for everyone to be in and around it comfortably. The table tennis is a great addition and the BBQ is a good size too. All of the tables have 12 seats so you can always sit together.
Pauline is really friendly and helped us prepare for our stay. Ana Maria is great too and has been transparent during the entire stay with fast replies. They are firm but fair with youngsters and although Pauline did show-up unannounced it is more of a "catch-up" than a "gotcha".

A group of 11 friends stayed in the villa to celebrate my sister's hen do. The villa was in a great location, clean and with so much space for all of us to enjoy. Ana and Pauline were so helpful with any questions and arranged our transfers which all went smoothly.
Would come back again and again to this villa when visiting Albufeira.

There were 10 of us that stayed for a long hen weekend. Communication with Ana was great from the start and we dealt with Pauline when we arrived, who was super helpful.
It was a great villa, plenty of space for us all and great location, close enough to walk to the strip but far enough away so you couldn’t hear it. It was also easy to get Ubers from when we went further a field.
A great weekend had by all and I would highly recommend the villa and would happily book there again.

We were a family of 14 people including 10 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 small babies. The villa was perfect, very spacious and never did we feel like we were getting on top of one another. Rooms were perfect and the 4 bathrooms were enough for us all. The house was very secure, other villas round about so wasn’t secluded. The pool was large and quite deep but a paddling pool was provided for the babies. The outdoor space was lovely with plenty of seating, outdoor BBQ, table tennis and outside toilet. The kitchen was fantastic and all utensils, crockery ect made it feel like home from home. The added bonus of washing machines were amazing.
Pauline explained everything to us on arrival and made us feel welcomed, a high chair was provided on request.
Local supermarkets close buy but we walked to Aldi for a cheaper shop and only €5 back in a taxi.
The strip is literally round the corner but at night you actually can’t hear any noise coming through to the villa.
A 30 min walk into the old town and around €7 euro back in a taxi.
I would definitely recommend this villa and we would use again if we all came back together.

Villa was fantastic. Rooms were lovely and clean, best part was the pool!! Sunshine all day and lots of pool toys left for all ages! 2 access roads to the strip at different points which were fantastic! Everything you could want and more! Will definitely be returning 😍😍

We visited with 13 of a family ranging ages between 65, 40s and children from 11 to 3.. We had a lovely time the villa was spotless and Pauline made check in very easy and also arranged our transfers from airport to the villa.. The pool was deep for the children but Pauline got us a large padding pool for them and also supplied us with stair gates. The location is fantastic with loafs of shops and restaurants to hand. We went into the Old Town every night costing just 5euro the Old Town is stunning and restaurants are beautiful along the sea front, The Strip is very lively but more for younger groups do we went into The Old Town as more for younger families. We hope to return in the future.

This property was perfect for our stay and we loved staying here for our trip. It’s located less than a 5 minute walk from the main strip but as other reviews have mentioned, you can’t hear it at all.
The rooms were clean and had everything you needed and the outdoor area includes a great pool, BBQ and plenty of seating.
The only minor negative of our trip was that we found the house rep Pauline slightly distrusting of us. We were a relatively young group aged 25-30 and were warned multiple times about thefts, mess, breakages etc. which felt a bit like a lecture! Pauline also turned up several times during our short 4 day stay (which we did not have a problem with but felt was a bit unusual for a rental property).
We also had some issues arranging the taxi pickup and drop off at Faro airport. We arrived on multiple different flights and due to delays ended up arriving at slightly different times to what we had specified, so some of us ended up arriving before Pauline, which seemed to be an issue (despite some clear instructions on how to enter the property being given in the initial email!).
We also confirmed with Pauline that we did not want a transfer back to the airport, and when a taxi turned up we were accused of messing the guy around, despite having nothing to do with this! The guests arriving after us were due to have an early check in, which may have contributed to this additional stress, but we feel it was slightly unfair for this to be our fault.
This was resolved in the end but feel it could have been avoided altogether. Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend this villa.

We were extremely impressed with the Villa, the location couldn’t be better with the beach, bars and nightlife all within walking distance. The pool & other facilities (e.g table tennis) made this a perfect stay for a group of friends. The Villa manager was also great in organising the transfers from the airport too, making everything very seamless for us. Would definitely recommend this Villa to family and friends!

It is a beautiful villa- located very close to the main strip
It was excellently managed in every respect
The kitchen, rooms bathrooms and living spaces are ideal
As we had young kids I would let anyone know that the pool is very (very) deep for them, and there are a lot of stairs (with no stair gates) which have you at times on edge when they want to run about. We instead took the kids to the beach which is a good 10 min walk and as we wanted more family oriented restaurants /entertainment we spent alot of our evenings in the old town (not the main strip) which is €10 euro in a taxi or tuk tuk each way
Overall the villa is an excellent space and we had an amazing holiday the comments above are more as an FYI for families

Stayed with a few friends for a few days and cannot fault the villa or the service. Both Ana Maria and Pauline were lovely and easy to contact before and throughout the stay. The villa was amazing. Even better than in the pictures!

It was a great villa, close to the strip and all the shops, was clean and very nice to stay in. Good area, lovely neighbourhood, ideal for groups wanting to go to the bars and restaurants at night time. We all enjoyed our stay

Had an excellent time with the family. A really nice big spacious and clean villa located in the heart of entertainment and dining out. A very nice and big sized pool ideal for both children and adults.Only small issue we had was outdoor lighting during our stay - pool lights and some outdoor lighting did not work during our stay but Pauline tried to rectify this for us. Also, charging extra for A/C separately was a bit cheeky (+EUR 180) - should have been a given considering where we were and the weather expected. Away from that - a truly great place to stay!

On arrival at the villa Pauline was on hand to give us all the information needed for our stay . The villa was clean and the pool was great . Being an older group of holiday makers the layout of the villa did provide us with some difficult due to stairs. On the first night the air con in the three upstairs bedrooms did not work . The following day I phoned Pauline who said she would get a tech to come and fix it . A little later that day she came with four electric fans , one didn’t work at all the others were noises . This is all we had up until Monday in 30degree heat! The position of the villa was very close to the strip which was good for the shops /supermarket. We preferred the old town . A road train will take you there ,a return ticket costs €5.

We are just back from 10 days at this Villa and we couldn't fault a thing, The location is perfect far enough away from the strip not to hear the music but close enough for convenience. The beach is a short 15 minute walk away. The pool area was huge and very clean along with the BBQ area and table tennis area which were well used by all. The kitchen was well equipt and modern. The villa itself is bigger than you can see in the pictures plenty big for the 8 of us with room for at least 5 more if required. Ana was very helpful during the booking process and answered any questions we had and Pauline was on hand as soon as we arrived with all of the information we needed. I would recommend this villa to families and adult groups. There is also a little tourist train that goes from the strip (3 mins away from the villa) to the old town which we made use of plenty of evenings. this was great as you could bring the buggy straight on without needing a carseat. The villa is in an ideal location if you would like to see both the strip and old town.
