The breakfast was good.
Did not like toilets and how they flush it took us a while to figure out.
I also did not like they only had one staff member working, you could tell she was a bit overwhelmed but she was great and polite.

I like the fact that it's close to shopping and restaurants. This is my go to hotel anytime I am in the Dallas area.
The room I had this go around seemed like it was lacking proper lighting. It seemed dark. The bathroom needed some fixing up.

Compared to the last Quintas I’ve stayed out this location was clean which is something I appreciated.
The staff was not friendly at all. We arrived and weren’t even greeted. When we complained about an issue we were having the guy just looked at us and said “ok. I think they were more concerned about being on their phones.
