Would not recommend.

The location was good and staff were friendly.

The rooms smelled of urine terribly. We left our shoes on while in the room bc the smell was so bad. Breakfast was absolutely terrible, no meat/protein options. It was nothing but bread, bagels, hard biscuits, canned gravy, and fake eggs. The hot tub and pool area was also dirty, the ceiling looked like it had wet toilet paper thrown up and stuck there. It was just gross, we wouldn't stay there again.

Wouldn't stay again

The room itself seemed fairly clean, but the bathroom is outdated.

The pool area is freezing. The hot tub is warm at best and needed to be repainted. One of the doors in the pool area was padlocked shut which seems like a fire/safety hazard. The lobby area smells like smoke, the 2nd floor hallway smelled like weed, and the pool area had a funky odor. Breakfast wasn't very exciting. The biscuits were hard and there weren't many choices. The main lightswitch in our room didn't do anything and didn't seem to be installed in the wall very well. The beds are kind of hard, but the pillows are nice and fluffy. In the elevator there was a weird puddle (maybe coffee?) And instead of cleaning it they put a wet floor sign over it.

Amazing time

Staff very friendly, I room very clean, love our time here. Will definitely be back. A very warm Thank you to the staff lady who went out of her way for us. 🥰

Meh

Pool and hot tub were nice. The room didn’t stink of pot like most rooms in Monroe.

Bathrooms were terribly small and the second shift staff was rude.

Perfect!

We always stay here when traveling to the area, and it’s ALWAYS perfect… always super clean, comfortable beds, quiet… good breakfast.. and the staff is always so nice!!! I have nothing bad to say about this hotel

Exceptional

I loved the staff, how clean and comfortable everything was. Breakfast was wonderful. Very clean!! Very quiet!! Would highly recommend to stay here.

The elevator needed mopped as a guest had spilled chocolate milk on Saturday afternoon and was not mopped up when I left in Monday

No hot tub

Hot tub wasn't working. Pool was freezing. Breakfast needs to be open longer (they're putting the food away and there are 20 guests still trying to get food) in other words if you can't use the amenities you shouldn't be charged that much. If you have a boat and truck they allow you to take up 15 parking spots so others have nowhere to park

Bedbugs

The pool was nice and it was clean throughout the building. Staff was nice as well.

The eggs at breakfest were terrible. In our secondary room, there were dead bedbugs in the bed. Told front desk and they did nothing about it. This is our second time at this hotel. Will never stay again due to this issue.

Big, comfortable bed and bedding, clean, smelled good in the room, nice pool and hot tub, breakfast was ok

Small TV and not a smart TV like most hotels do nowadays. Hot water in jacuzzi tub was lukewarm and not hot at all like the caution hot water sign stated it would be. Smelled like cigarette smoke in-between back doors and witnessed 4 housekeepers having a smoke break there.

Was given incorrect room, then had to pay upcharge for correct room. "Hot tub" was bathtub with jets and it was dirty. Overall terrible experience. Checked out day early. Have receipts for 1 day refund but PK the manager argued that I wouldn't get the money back.

we thought everything.

pretty sure we walked into a gang initiation around 9pm at the pool area. we left. it was very uncomfortable. would like a refund. didn’t stay the night. we were afraid.

I will stay here again.

They do have a 100 deposit. Took 3 days to get it back. Doesn't say any where on booking that it has a deposit. Be prepared!
