Cleanliness and affordability
The staff seemed annoyed when asked for bedding for let out sofa. Also the lights went off and we wasn’t informed as to what was going on. Better communication would be appreciated

The receptionist and staff were accommodating and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable. The halls and rooms smelled really good and felt clean.
The machines were not working for breakfast. The entire juice station was broken, which was a huge disappointment during breakfast. The water wasnt even cold as an alternative. The pool wasn't very clean. There was strips of hair floating around the pool. Late at night the Internet kept going out so we couldn't enjoy movies for quite some time.
