Less then satisfied

Nothing special stood out it was a average location

First room smelled like weed and was not clean. Got a second room it was dirty also finally got a third room and it was better.

parking was easy

sheet had a huge stain, ice bucket had water in it leftover from previous people, no coffee for coffee maker, too expensive, key did not work on first room had to go back to desk for another room.

close to where we needed to be

The weed smell (on staff, too) the unprofessional staff, the fact we didn’t get our room refreshed for two days and had to ask 3x for more towels. There was a problem checking in bc the system was down. The manager was very frustrated with corporate which was understandable but she was yelling at them on the phone in front of people trying to check in. Slammed down the phone and said she was done. They had no way of knowing what rooms were available, etc. We left and came back later and could check in but I could never get a receipt bc they couldn’t print anything. The housekeepers spent ALL day on our floor cleaning a few rooms…. it smelled like weed when you’d walk by, there would be loud music and the door part way open. The cart was outside so one times I just took my own towels bc they never cleaned our room. We watched and it took them over two hours to do one room….. not sure what was going on. By the number of cars in the lot at night, it didn’t seem full for sure. Staff was unprofessional and dressed unprofessional. Common areas were not clean. The elevator looked liked someone had licked the doors. It was gross. Didn’t eat any breakfast bc of how everyone looked and behaved. Staff was constantly outside the front doors smoking.

It was great!

location was perfect since it was by several places to eat within walking distance. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Rooms were clean and breakfast was amazing. Best place Ive stayed in a long time.

The pancake machine. What happen to the old school waffle machine that wasn't a headache to the staff or the customer? Yes it made great pancakes but gee that machine is a sensitive flower with a mind of its own. The batter bag exploded and leaked everywhere. I felt bad that a new bag went to waste Im sure those are not cheap. If people are that stupid to get burned from the old school waffle machines then they deserved to learn that lesson.

good place crash my head at night sleep.

walking distance to a little of everything. breakfast was good they actually had full breakfast.

No housekeeping so everyday after came from long day work had to ask for anything needed.

Breakfast and location. Room was nice and clean.

We did get a non smoking room, but when we walked out of the elevator the smell of smoke was unbearable. Our room was smoke free but could still smell the cigarette smoke. We were able to check in early - and we like our room on the cold side. We turned down the AC as far as it would go and left. When we returned later in the evening, it was not cold. The volume on the TV at it's loudest point - we couldn't barely hear over the AC running. The loudest it go was maybe a 5 on my home tv

in lobby area there was some type of perfume scent that was too strong. gave me a headache. no wash cloths in our room. ice machine on our floor wasn’t working

Our stay was stressful and was not pleasant At all. we will not be booking this hotel again.

the bed was comfortable

well, the sheets were never pulled, no fresh linens ever, beds were never made, trash was never taken out, ants in downstairs room, staff was unprofessional at front desk over night and as well as day management. no extra pillows for rooms- has to purchase our own. Our handicapped room was overbooked and we were stuck on 3rd floor room with tub shower combo, not walk walk in shower which is not handicapped accessible and not on first floor. management was very disrespectful and hard to deal with.

breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable

not really sure what’s going on at this property but some of the employees look like they live there with their family. very sketchy! road construction also made it a nightmare to get to.

Just needed a place to stay while my home was being abated for water damage.

I did not eat the breakfast.

The price was too high for the area, especially with all of the construction!

Great value for the money

Great value for the money; friendly staff. The room was well appointed and very clean. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.

It was a little further from the university than I expected. There was a lot of road construction outside the main entrance

We will look elsewhere next visit

People were very friendly and accommodating when we asked for something.

Many construction workers stay there (extended stay) and get up VERY early getting ice and breakfast and talking. We were put in the closest room to ice and breakfast on first floor so woke us up. Why??? Breakfast was mediocre at best and was incomplete. TV too small.

Disappointing

Smell in the room, coming from ac unit. Needs to be cleaned or filter changed. Curtain in the bathroom is growth. It's not that much $ to replace it with a new one. Breakfast is awful.

Good stay for a couple of nights

Clean rooms, modern, conveniently located to OSU.

Pool was not open, flies where terrible when you are trying to eat. I think some of the staff live there, kids were on the patio with tons of adults. Couple of the men out there would come in and out and refill breakfast items. They were smoking and not washing their hands before touching food. Also smelled of pot.
