Everyone was great. Kim is a total sweetheart and she helped me understand everything and she treated myself and my little ones amazingly.

The guy who checked us in on Friday night June 12 was amazing. Beds were nice. Room was clean and we were taken care of for the most part
The lady who worked Saturday night was rude and unhelpful. We tried to trade in for more towels at 10:20 am and could not get anyone to come to the desk at all. So we left for our tourneys came back at 8 pm she came down but proceeded to complain that it was after hours and was super rude about us needing towels for the 2 softball players to shower.
