Stayed a week and enjoyed my stay overall.

Good variety of breakfast. Rotated each day so there was a little something different without missing out on anything. Had cereals, hot & cold, fresh fruit, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt, assorted toppings, western omelets, sausage or bacon, breakfast potatoes, waffles, juice, milk. I was there all week and asked housekeeping to refresh my room while I was out on Wednesday and came back to a fresh room. It was great!

Staff was scarce, but effective when they were around. Staff was always on their cell phones during down time. I felt like I was bothering them. But they were not rude. I arrived on Monday afternoon. The hot tub was cold, but they worked on fixing the issue right away.

What’s the point in having a reservation if you are just going to give our room away.

Nothing

We had a reservation and when we arrived they had already gave our room away. She told us she could have a room cleaned in 20 minutes if we wanted to wait and she might could give us a discount. I don’t know how clean a room is going to get in 20 minutes.

Breakfast was awful the waffle mix was so disgusting, eggs taste old, bacon was salty and bunched up, roomnhas rusty spots on the door, the air didn't work properly. I was charged more than rate given on booking.com. the staff was unfriendly and had to wait for service.

Over all it was excellent

The staff was friendly and helpful.

There were a group of men drinking in the lobby on one of the nights that made my underage daughter uncomfortable due to them going out of their way to watch her as she walked to the car.

It was absolutely wonderful!

The staff was amazing! My husband fell and the night clerk was so helpfull to get him up. As soon as you open the door it smelled good. The property was the best maintained of alot of other properties The staff was very knowledgeable of the area and very helpful, as it was our first time there. I have no complaints and think the staff should get a raise. They are amazing!!

That my google maps took me the back way in.

Welcoming comfort in one place

The rooms were comfortable with appreciated amenities like a fridge. The lobby was a comfortable gathering place where you can sit and chat comfortably.

An elevator would have been nice, but didn't ruin the stay without one.

It was good stay for a night but service needs to be better.

I like it was right of the highway

I asked for conjoined rooms, tv remote was broken, need options to purchase for food when ever is closed. Need elevator system for handicap people.

Beds could be more comfortable, pool could have been warmer, and just a little more effort on break

Breakfast was OK, location was good.

We booked hotel because of pool, but pool was way to cold to even get in, and person at desk acted like we he didn't want us in there.

Fun!

Breakfast was great. Very clean facility. Friendly staff.

No elevator. Being over 75 I did not think to ask as most motels have this. Hard to get luggage up and down stairs.

Reservation was canceled by management three hours after booking. Due to a no pet policy! We were forced to find other last minute arrangements
