Even though I checked in at 7pm, staff was so helpful and kind. Room was nice and cool when I walked in which I needed after long work day.

Manager was going to go out of his way to put a shower chair in shower if needed. This hotel goes above and beyond to help

The room I was in had a full kitchen, if I were able to stay longer I would have taken advantage of that and I was pleased of the full size refrigerator

entry door was difficult at times and because it was an extended stay there was no breakfast included

The booking was last minute and staff did everything to accommodate me and my husband. The room was perfect for us since husband and I are disabled. Highly recommend this hotel

I did NOT have a good stay at this hotel, but I will say that the room was a good size and the bed was comfortable enough and the room stayed warm. The location of the hotel was close to a Walmart and Planet Fitness which was nice.

There were many things not to like about this hotel. First, there are a lot of sketchy looking people apparently living at the hotel. There is a constant smell of marijuana in the hallways, seeping in from other rooms which is just gross. The door to my room was constantly breaking, meaning that I had to use the card several times before it would let me in, and even when it flashed green, the door wouldn't open unless I rammed it with my shoulder. Additionally, the french lock was broken on the door and only the deadbolt worked. The sink in the bathroom had a stopper that wouldn't stay up, so the sink filled with water and I had to hold it with my hand in order to drain it, so because of that I basically couldn't use that sink and had to use the kitchen. Another issue was that there was only one channel on the tv. When I tried to change the channels it had no effect, so I was stuck watching really bad sci fi, my entire stay. The internet is horrible and you have to put in the code everyday or it kicks you out. The staff is not friendly at all. I went down one time to get a snack and the machine was not working properly. First, I tried to use my credit card, and after I swiped it, the machine told me that I had a $3.00 credit. After that I managed to find enough cash to buy a snack, but the snack got stuck and wouldn't come down. When I tried to jiggle the machine to get it to come down, the managers came out and first said that they had nothing to do with the machine when I asked for my money back. "You use the machine at your own risk," they said. But as soon as they saw me trying to jiggle loose the snack, they actually threatened to call the police on me. Keep in mind that the machine probably weighs a thousand pounds, so it is basically immovable. The staff is just nasty and flat out mean. I would NEVER stay at this hotel again. Horrible experience.

This a great location. Mike the property Manager is easy to work with and always there if needed. I like having me dog with me the kitchen for prepping my meals.

I usually bring rugs with me I don’t like walking on bare floors. Simple fix and personal preference
