The location was perfect for an event we attended about a mile away. Staff was friendly. Parking was available. The beds were comfy and the place was very quiet overall. The TV worked fine. There are a couple of basic restaurants next door. The room fridge was much larger than standard hotel units. Plenty of pillows. The price was great.
It definitely needs some remodeling. The breakfast is way-below average (there is a VI next door, BTW). The in-room coffee was tasteless. The early check-in did not help as none of the info made it to the front desk. The safety lock on the room door was broken. No towel hangers.

Did not use it.
My room was on a noisy side entrance, with a wooden exterior stairway next to my window. It was very noisy with the use of the entrance door to the second level over my room.

Hotel maids were friendly and helpful. Beds were clean and comfortable.
Room smelled like old smoke and black mold around woodwork around air conditioner. Had several issues with our door and took them a while to figure it out. Breakfast was minimal.
