* Nice city/mountain/sunrise view from the 20th floor

* The room's interior was a bit dated (somewhat noisy A/C, windows didn't close tightly so city noises were audible in the night)
* Patchy Wi-Fi at times.

The one bedroom unit was well equipped and great for our family. The recently renovated pool, hot tubs, tennis and basketball court are fabulous. Chieko Dow took excellent care of our family.

This condo so was economical that allowed us to stayed 2-3x longer in Hawaii than if we had stayed in a hotel! Plus we had a separate kitchen (fully stocked with cookware etc.) and living room with a sofabed. Great location too! Walkable to beach plus everything in Waikiki. Beautiful sunset ocean view from the lanai. Property management staff went above and beyond our expectations. Excellent covered parking structure. 24-hour staffing and security. Quiet neighbors. Everyone was kind and helpful and showed so much aloha!
The pool and recreation area were closed for upgrades, but we knew that before we booked, plus to swim you can just walk to Waikiki beach!

room was dirty in places. Toaster and kettle provided did not work properly.
