Breakfast was good. I liked the variety of food choices. Quick and convenient! Much better than a typical hotel continental breakfast.
The hotel smelled of cleaning supply fumes, and not in a good way.

I like the location near the river.
The parking is not good. I pulled up for valet, but no one came out. I had to park far away and trying to figure out how to get into the lobby of the hotel is very confusing - no signs or directions at all. The floor tiles on the rooftop bar are uneven and coming loose, making it feel unsafe. The room was fine, but the sink head was loose. The service was terrible - staff was very dismissive and rude - including the lady at the front desk and the hostess at the restaurant. I had to flag someone down just to seat my 7 year old daughter and I.
