Room was clean, bed comfortable. Casino good.
Not enough hangers in the room. Had to ask for more. Telephone wasn’t working told the front desk but no one ever came up to fix it. Took the do not disturb sign off door, but they didn’t come in to clean the room or pick up the dirty towels. Needs a restaurant that serves full breakfast items, not a good selection of items in their little cafe.

Great location
The room needs a very good repair. The sliding door to the bathroom was about to fall off, and also missing the handle. Big dent in bathroom wall. Also the window in the room was not able to fully close (glad it was not winter time). Asked the frontdesk for a shower cap, and it was my understanding it was complimentary (as it had been on my former Caesar stay at Harrahs just the day before)….but on my invoice at check out I got charged $2 for something that is usually free in most hotels, just a matter of principle in this case.
