Beautiful atmospheric historical inn - well worth a visit!

It's a beautifully kept Victorian house. Pam, the owner is fantastic (as is her lovable dog Sadie) and cooks a perfect breakfast. Very welcoming. Comfortable, clean and atmospheric. I loved it - Thank you!

Great romantic stay in a super clean room. The jacuzzi are great

Great place. Pam was a very polite and friendly person. She gave me a book to help with my gluten free disease.

The breakfast was great and I loved the bathtub!

Room wasn’t connected to porch or main house seemed more like a motel room than a bed and breakfast in that regard

Not worth the money.

The location was convenient.

It was nothing like the pictures. The place has so much promise but it’s run down. The innkeeper may be in over her head and needs some help. There was a lot of delayed maintenance.

We were glad we didn't stay Corporate!!

Pam, Owner/Innkeeper was amazing! She made us awesome breakfasts every morning, and was soooo accommodating - above & beyond. Next trip I make to the area, this is the only place I'm staying!!

I will definitely consider staying there again when in the Bourbon Trail area.

The breakfasts were all from scratch. Lovely dining area would reminder you of a classic dining car on the railroad. The porch was very comfortable to stop and chat and have a snack with wine.

Read the restrictions before you book- Lived under the draconian sword of "staining " the precious bedsheets and towels (begs the question of "what can we do? Also, we were not important enough to be greeted upon entering. Had to go through most of the house to get the owner off the phone and letting us know where we were supposed to stay. Felt like I was interrupting her phone conversation in order for her to earn what she had already collected from me. Also, the instruction indicated we can control our temperature- NOT TRUE. We attempted to cool the room below 77 degrees, but were unable to lower the temperature. Owner needs to realize- WE PAY THE BILLS with our rent- please deliver what you promised without telling us in 3 long, rambling, and redundant pages what we cannot do and how much we would be charged$$$ if we are judged to be in violation.

The breakfast was very good.

The floor tiles in the bathroom were coming and several lights were out. The warming towel rack did not work.

great stay!

Beautiful inn with themed rooms. The bed was so comfortable and the inn keeper was very accommodating. breakfast was great in the morning.

There was a jacuzzi spa in our room but it was difficult to use since the hot water runs out before you can fill it.

This room is not worth the price at all.

The place is cute but very out dated.

The bed was super stiff. The hot tub needs a very good cleaning. we turned it on and the filter cap came off and a bunch of hair and stuff came out of the water spouts. Staff is friendly. We paid a lot of money for this room and plus extra to show up early and we ended up leaving around 12am.

It was such a great little getaway for my husband and I.... Such a cute little room, very clean and the staff was so nice!!!

Wonderful B&B in the heart of horse and bourbon country!

Charming house and room. Loved the dining area with separate seating—felt more romantic. Bed was extremely comfortable and Jacuzzi an added bonus!Hostess Pam was delightful and the breakfasts were simple but excellent!

A little far from Lexington, so we did quite a bit of driving.
